We strive to evaluate each individual property by analyzing capital expenditures, leasing risks, pro forma investment targets, and projected land use. We can then develop a strategic plan for the property that accomplishes the various goals of our investors. Generally, we enter a deal to develop properties and hold them for long-term income for our investors. Sometimes, however, the best opportunity for our investors is to acquire and sell a property more quickly. In this scenario, as in all others, we put the investors first, making sound business judgments based upon the best case scenarios for the protection and growth of their assets.
