Strategic Properties Group, LLC is a locally family owned and operated Tampa based real estate company specializing in management, leasing, and development while providing exceptional investment return for clients. We provide a broad range of real estate services with the expertise and capabilities of a larger firm, with a more personal touch.

Meet the Team

Barry Jackson

Member Manager

Leasing, sales, disposition, property management, and development.

Mr. Jackson provides substantial operational and systems experience. He currently owns several commercial properties. He provides development, construction, management and operational experience in commercial and retail center properties. He has held a Florida real estate license for 30+ years as well as buying and selling investment residential property. He has a varied background in business including working as a mainframe computer operations manager for over 16 years with a Fortune 500 company. Mr. Jackson successfully built and sold previous businesses, including one of the top producing Jiffy Lube Franchises in the state of Florida.

Steve Riley

Member Manager

Real estate legal services and disposition.

The founding attorney at The Strategic Counsel, L.C. law firm, Mr. Riley has been practicing law in Tampa, Florida since 1988. Mr. Riley is an accomplished author of numerous books and publications. He is a popular speaker and instructor who has presented seminars such as “Legal Aspects of Buying or Selling a Business in Florida” and “Asset Protection in Florida”. As well as being a teacher, author and practicing attorney, Mr. Riley has successfully acquired commercial real estate including ownership interest in several commercial buildings.

Zach Jackson

Member

Property Management, Leasing, Finance

Born and raised in Tampa, Zach Jackson leads our Property Management and Leasing division, as well as all marketing, accounting, and finance. He has been in the commercial real estate business since completing his undergraduate studies in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University in 2016.

Matthew Jackson

Property Maintenance Manager

Matthew is the newest addition to the Strategic Properties Group team. Matthew is the youngest brother of Zach and son of Barry. Joining SPG in 2020, Matthew heads all Property Maintenance with the responsibility of upholding Strategic Properties Group’s standard of quality, efficiency, and customer service.

Rozanna Maltbie

Operations Manager

General Inquires and Information or Operations

A strong background with a global real estate finance company, Ms. Maltbie comes to Strategic Properties Group with 20+ years experience in Retail Banking, Loan Originations, Residential Mortgage, Re-Financing, Portfolio Management, Marketing and Investor Relations.

Originally from the Western New York area, she relocated to Hudson FL in 2014. Her responsibilities include tenant coordination, investor relations, property management and accounting.
